Bellingen Shire Arts Trail

This occasion presents a great opportunity to invite friends and fellow artists to explore the beautiful Bellingen Shire whilst meeting creative people who make it such an inspiring place.

The Bellingen Shire Arts Trail takes you from the laid back coastal town of Urunga, via the heritage town of Bellingen in its lush green valley, and ‘up the mountain’ to the historic Dorrigo and the Rainforest Centre, or, you could do it vice versa.

Galleries, studios and workshops will be open and artists will be available to chat with. Enroute there are of course lots of shops and cafes to tempt you .

Currently there are around 50 artists involved plus music and poetry to entertain you.

This happily coincides with the Australian Ceramics Open Studio Weekend.

Very soon there will be a website with all the details and maps so you can plan your days.

After their extremely successful Arts Week 2021 the same team have created this event and anticipate it will continue to grow in future years.

P.S. An opening party is planned on Friday 10 November- all welcome. Watch this space.
